Quick glimpse:

• $1500 + 3-year agreement (Can break up $1500 over four months)
• $250 + 1-year agreement
• $250 can be waived only when a 3-year agreement is signed
• If more than six months remain on the initial agreement, an early termination fee of $250 applies. If less than six months remain, a prorated amount starting at $150 and prorated by the days of the initial term remaining will be assessed.

Construction Charges for Residential: 

A $250 construction charge applies for areas where we do not have a drop. If the customer signs a (3) year contract with the minimum Simple & Secure package, we will waive the $250 construction fee. - validated by Carla on 1-8-2020

Construction Fee Charges for CLEC:

$1500 connection fee + 3-year contract applies to addresses signing up in this area.

Construction Charges for Business: 

A $250 construction charge applies unless they take a minimum Simple & Secure package and are located in the following business area: 

Anthony – Main St. or LL&G 

Harper – Central, Main or 14th St. 

Medicine Lodge – Main St., Iliff  (Hwy 281) or Fowler (Hwy 160)
